      Pros

      Company continue to grow year over year and invests in infrastructure. This company genuinely cares about their customers and their value proposition, which is to deliver more affordable value to shippers with next day shipping vs the national carriers, while providing an excellent customer experience.

      Cons

      Lots of stress/high pressure situations. Long hours, difficult sales cycle, and every day is a new adventure.
