Lots of stress/high pressure situations. Long hours, difficult sales cycle, and every day is a new adventure.

You have a stable route bringing home atleast 1k a week

As previously mentioned in the other comment the pay been the same for years and instead of doing more for the contractors(specially the ones that been there for years) they take away. Example the new $2 per package thing and paying same for furniture as a small box.
