There are absolutely no Pros
Cons
There are too many to list, but if i had to give the biggest con it would be management. They have no idea what they are doing and they don't trust anyone who works there. They micro manage everyone and think they know more than the experts, and believe they are always right. They are so disorganized, when something fails they point the fingers at everyone else.

- Flexible -Salary high. ( Do not be afraid to ask for more ) - Non stress environment. -PO/PM take pressure off from upper management. - CR is amazing to visit. - Timelines are not set in stone.
Cons
- Offices in CR and Turkey. - Company not organized. - Vision non-exiting. - High turn over rate - Work on weekend during peaks. - Not using the latest tech/methods.
