CECI (Japan) Reviews

This company is a very black company. The owners are very shady. They don't care about their employees or students. They force employees to work during your 1 hour lunch break, forced vacation days when they want you to take them, unpaid overtime, threaten employees who speak up and much more illegal business practices. They deducted my health insurance from my check without paying half which they are supposed to be doing by law. The Japanese staff is underpaid and just complicit and scared to speak up about it all. I wouldn't even recommend this place as a last resort.

The positive reviews are fake reviews by the company itself. CECI is what's called a black company in Japan. No lunch breaks, unpaid overtime, unlawful work calendar, they force employees to take paid holidays on specific company holidays. Highups are also abusive towards employees.
