      I do not have any positive feedback.

      Cons

      Not stable, stressful not knowing if you will get fired at the end of the month., every month is a clear out to make numbers. Witnessed this for a long time. No consistency. Young management not experienced enough . Departmental issues. Especially in the shipping and Human Resources department. They try to make you feel important. Over load of work ; expectations are not reasonable. In my opinion, working directly with this team they are firing the wrong people. It’s a shame

      Pros

      Clean air condition plant. Lots if overtime. New equipment. None,none,none,none,none,none. I had to wright none five times becomes they want 20 words minimum for pros although there are none.

      Cons

      Old time machinist have really bad attitude not willing to train new hires. No training program for new machinist. Blain new hired for making bad parts but yet unwilling to give proper trainning. Hight turn over rate.

      Pros

      Clean, safe working environment. Company has a well trained work force in the machine shop, quality department and assembly areas.

      Cons

      To much turnover in mid-level to executive management. As the QC Supervisor there for 8 years, I had 12 different QA Managers and 5 different company Presidents.
