Pros
When I started, it was great! Teams worked well together, there was a lot of support from department managers and it was an enjoyable place to work.
Cons
Decisions were made that completely ruined everything and the person now in charge of the department has no clue which resulted in the team rapidly exiting the business, most by choice because of how the company was after the changes were made.

Pros
Small teams are well-bonded and collaborating together wery well, despite the chaos coming down form executive and uper management levels. Teammembers had eachother's backs, were supporting of eachother, despite the dicouraging situation cascading down.
Cons
Chaos. Constantly changing goal-posts, ever-changing strategy, projects being abandoned mid-way or discarded and reversed after months of hard work of multiple teams, false-sense of community, all under false pretences. I know some good, dedicated and knowledgabe workers chosing to quit without back-up plan than stay in this environment. Until exec team changes or stabilzes its directive - this will remain a toxic place to work in.
