Pros
CEG is a great company for many reasons: - The team is motivated, hardworking, and collaborative - There are good mentorship programs in place - New associates are given real responsibility early on - There is a lot of room for growth, continuous learning, and career advancement - Day-to-day tasks are varied and there are rarely dull moments - There is a fair amount of flexibility in terms of what you work on depending on your interests and background - The work has tangible positive impacts - The company offers competitive salaries and benefits packages
Cons
No major cons but a few things to note: - The company is hybrid but more on the remote end, so it's great for flexibility but not if you want to be in-person every day - The hours can be long sometimes for big deadlines, but it's always manageable - It's a male-dominated industry and the company is not 50/50, but management is very aware of this and actively works to ensure it's an inclusive space
