Poor social environment mostly due to locals not putting any effort into work relationships. The administration has some mild attempts to organize networking events but then still the environment never improves. Poor salaries at international standards. OK for locals. Low-level group leaders, with some exceptions. Poor ethics or leadership skills in many of them.

- administrative troubles - FedEx troubles all the time, "great" is you need to get some samples from collaborator abroad - Contract is for 1 year, sometimes have to be renewed several times per year for an unknown reason.
