      Some great people who go above and beyond to help the company

      Cons

      All aspects of the company are micro managed by the Owner/CEO. This puts a lot of pressure on the managers and overall it creates a very negative culture. There isn't a WFH option and you must use some of your annual leave (3 - 4 days) for Christmas shutdown.
