Pros

Good products and nothing else.

Cons

This company will drain everything out of you so they can gain as much credit as possible with no recognition or gratitude to staff. Senior management pat themselves on the back of the efforts gained from sales associates who are pushed to do every single task to run/operate a business and call it “company standard”. You’ll find yourself being used, offended and disrespected as an employee (rights, entitlements & responsibilities) with management paying no attention or interest in the rights and entitlements of hardworking sales associates. No work/life balance. Expected to be fully accessible at all times. Training is of elementary standard. Management is inexperienced and horrendously biased.

Pros

The collections. Staff uniform is nice.

Cons

Toxic company culture in Australia. Head office and store management team should be ashamed how they treat their staff. Upper management take issues personally and not professionally. Store management are inexperienced, biased and equally as unprofessional. Massive favouritism across stores. Sales people with reseller “clients” are highly praised for their sales. No development - if you think that working for a global brand and there are any growth opportunities you are wrong. Your best hope is a Senior Sales or Department manager. Even moving brands is made to seem impossible by HR/ upper management. Workplace is becoming LESS diverse. Store and upper Management do not really care about employee satisfaction, happiness, inclusion and you’re expected to do everything with no recognition or reward. Sales expectations are unrealistic and you will always compared to other brands performance who are much bigger brands and that have more staff.

Pros

I was employed as a Christmas casual and went through a simple, straightforward interview before being offered the job. At that time, there were four staff members in the store, so the workload was light, and most of the customers were fairly easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

Cons

No commission on sales of bags
