Everything, starting from the offer letter till the exit, every thing is worst, They wont pay the salary as per the offer letter offered and that too not on the salary date what they promise, U need to beg for the salary. If u guys wanna work for charity u can choose cembs. My sincere advice is never ever choose this company for employment and spoil your career.

no proper organisation the worst is the hr department in this organisation they will say everything and do nothing and keep putting the blame on others please dont join this company you will never get the salary on time but work alone they will torture you to the core never join this place if were given a offer

Nothing good comes to your career if you join or be part of this organisation.

Cons

You wouldn't get salary on time! You would never get appraised correctly. No future, poor management of resources. Company is running on a huge loss. Chennai branch office don't even have thousand rupees in their bank account. No emergency fund.. nothing.
