Pros
A very nice job when you consider all the interesting people you meet. You meet so quick many people with different cultures and backgrounds. There's a lot of laughter next to the hard work with the clients.
Cons
When you are head of a department, make sure you are better than the people you work with. The department I worked in had a very macho (men) atmosphere. My direct boss lectured employees who are professional about keeping distance from clients, when he himself had already made 2 or 3 clients his girlfriend. There are no opportunities for career progression. There's a huge change in staff, employees tend not to stay long.

Pros
High standards, a great and unique teaching method, high quality professional students who are usually motivated to learn. Fairly steady work.
Cons
Pay should be a few Euro higher per hour considering the admin involved with keeping the portal updated, emailing, and the expectation to sometimes attend unpaid supervision meetings.
