      Bad management, bad directors, lack of trust, micro management, lack of diversity, constant scrimping, IT systems not used to full potential, confusing job titles, brown nosing, staff are treated like cattle

      Wide range of experience, if you push management to rotate you around contracts.

      Cons

      Pay & company culture. You are told on a Friday where you will be on Monday which could be Land's end or John O'Groats.
