Flexible schedules, Interesting Projects, Fair Compensation, Employees who have worked for the company for over 10+ years, having a large knowledge base to learn from.
Cons
There’s not a lot of opportunities for upward mobility.

Family owned business with a decades long reputation in the Austin design-build community for doing amazing, high quality work. Everyday is a new opportunity to learn and grow and those opportunities will come frequently. CG&S also has a good work-life balance which is important. You also have a work from home option two days a week. If you're interested in getting a lot out of what you put in then I highly recommend working at CG&S Design-Build.
Cons
8am start time can be a little early for some.
