I’ve worked for Charli for a year. I’ve had a great experience in my role and despite the challenges I’ve felt supported. My ideas and inputs were well received and considered.
Cons
It’s a small yet growing company, the ability to work in a small team and being able to not be fixated on your “job description” is a must.
