I had the opportunity to choose between a few jobs at the time and decided to give CHE a go. My position was Senior Editor, also doing motion graphics, grading and shooting. Long story short, I had issues with a senior producer and the management handled this terribly. They just ignored the fact that she was a bully and turned bonkers under pressure (which is basically everyday in an ad agency). I was basically shown the door as it was the easiest way instead of working through this issue. Anyway, I got great references and lovely support messages from creatives and other producers/colleagues but it's pretty frustrating as I put a lot of work in. Unfortunately I could not recommend this company to anyone I care about.
