      -Wonderful coworkers -Diverse patient population -Opportunities for unique patient care experiences (IP child/adult/gero psych units, neurology/NIH facility, IP skilled rehab unit)

      -Frequent upper level management restructuring (mgmt changes/lay offs) -Budget cuts (cheap supplies, broken equipment, short staffing, etc) -Catholic Health supported facility -Sub par employee benefits

      Can use PTO as desired. Rarely/never get time off rejected. Work life balance is encouraged. Stress level is low. Benefits are decent.
