      After working at this company, there are no pros

      Cons

      Poor management, extremely male dominated, poor communication, unfair, no discretion, no guidance. They don’t care about your mental health even though they claim to, it’s their way or no way. There are no good perks and the company get togethers and socialising is cheap and extremely minimal. Bosses don’t care, poor running of the company and do not appreciate their staff. You’ll get unfairly dismissed or pushed out when they realise you’re unsuitable for their company.
