I have been in this industry over 20 years and have worked at some of the major firms and can attest to this being one of the best environments. A lot of good, strong tenured folks here. The owners treat me and everyone else here extremely fair. Aside from one late night a week, we have an outstanding PTO program and Fridays off program along with enormous flexibility and autonomy. Personally, I find the work/life balance to be head and shoulders above other firms.
