The pay is not too low compared to other firms and the management does give bonus which is not common in the Architecture industry Wide range of healthcare projects to gain exposure from
Cons
- It does not protect it's staff; accepts their workers being abused by the client - Stingy with their benefits (e.g. you have to take the train if the meeting with the client is nearby) - Some politics within the company - Traditional and old school - Does not provide you with good resources to work properly because they can be quite cheap
