a place to start if you have no experience, however you need to be mentally strong enough to handle pressure
Cons
Everything is nice and smooth in the beginning, with so many promises that will never happen, bullying and constant micromanagement. Starting the job with few tasks and ending up doing the job of 4 people, because the company is built with " LOW COST" modo. You will end up doing payroll, tax, accounts, calling HMRC, and credit control, at the end of the day, you get threatened with being fired if you lose a client or get a bad review. The company has no structure.
