My experience with CIM was incredibly rewarding. One of the standout aspects is the support from the entire team. There’s a genuine sense of collaboration. This cohesion makes for an energising work environment where progress feels shared and purposeful. Like all businesses, CIM has been through challenging times, but what sets the company apart is its commitment to continuous learning. There’s a proactive approach to reflecting, adapting, and growing from every experience, which fosters resilience and long-term success.
Cons
No so much a 'Con' but as with many growing companies, there's room to improve in sharing company strategy and updates more transparently across all levels, ensuring communication is clear and accessible rather than assuming existing understanding.
