Peers are good. But since it's a startup, the owner removes the people by talking to peers about them. It was made with the objective to work in the field of education using their proposed core two products: Digilearn, Digiproctor
Cons
They ended up conducting examinations of universities using their server and employees. Salary didn't use to come on time.
