No work life balance and no promotions, minimum salary increase.

Management does not know how to promote a fun environment. There is almost no effort put into keeping employees. New hires are thrown into the deep end and have little to no resources to help themselves. Very little knowledge permeates departments, which means "best practices" are non existent from one dept to the next. The dept I was in had people leaving on an almost weekly basis but nobody coming in. We reached a point of being unsalvageable before I left
