Cons
Never work here. There is only one partner. The partner doesn't do any work but only asks the employees when they can finish. There are no strangers and training at all. The boss has double standards. There are no standards for sycophants, but many requirements for those who actually do the work. If you want to just get by, this is an excellent place. No benefits at all， huge work load.
