      Pros

      If you take your job seriously, you will have the advantage negotiate for the increament New team lead now wanted to reform from previous policy and direction. If Sunday duty will get 2 days off

      Cons

      - Require able multi tasking, - Require work in pressure with liaised Business partner. - Previous employee both W and L toxic behaviours caused significant disruptive of new hired came and go. And caused lasting effect to operation group till this days.
