      Pros

      Pay is fantastic, upper management (Area manager and market manager) take a personal approach to their managers, including shift leads.

      Cons

      Some of upper management is kind of blind to the way people and things are changing, it’s almost commercialized with the way they speak about the company. It’s like watching a credit karma commercial

      - good training -pretty good pay -welcoming team -helpful shift leaders

      Cons

      - The area coach was oblivious to what was happening in the store - pressure from higher management to work off the clock since labor is high - unfair pay ( new members with half the experience as other members were payed more) - feuds between morning and night crew shift lead
