Pros
Colleagues are good, they are skillful and helpful.
Cons
The management team is disastrous. None of them knows IT industry except the technical director, and only blame others for the failures. And some of the team members didn't take care of the company at all. And they invented a product that can be replaced easily by an open source software. That means just a waste of money. They even don't care on their employees at all, many senior employees left in one year as they can see the company is hopeless in future. They'd rather seek opportunities elsewhere.
