Manager is basically under qualified for almost every part of his role. He makes jokes with the HSE inspector about safeguarding staff from potential dangers. Rides his bikes through the showroom. Pulls burnouts on company grounds to try and impress noone. Manager spends his day doing his own side hustle (fixing and balancing wheels) staff will get calls from his customers taking away Thier time. He won't help any dept other than sales so basically sales is king and don't go against that or your out. Overall avoid till Andrew is gone.
