      4day work weeks, pleasant coworkers.

      Cons

      CEO total narcissist. Views clients like cash cows, no true loyalty to anyone but themself. High turnover and the people who remain are still there because they are beaten down so badly by CEO. Required to write false online reviews for clients.

They remain with the company because of the positive, honest, and professional culture we are proud to have built at CMDS. This review and the obviously false claims within it make it abundantly clear that this individual does not share CMDS’ values.

      CEO does have a good heart toward employees. Cool Office. Nice location. Given lots of autonomy.

      Very limited remote work flexibility. If you don’t like working in an office or have to be home for part of your day for any reason, this may not be the right fit.
