      Pros

      I worked at CME for 5 years, it was very difficult to make a decision and say goodbye but I'm sure they will continue to grow, the values and culture are excellent... Everyone on the team is professional and kind (Managers, CEO, CFO, HR...) The benefits package is exceptional.

      If you cannot work as a team you are not a good candidate for CME

      Work independently, strong product for commercial market.

      Cons

      No clear management strategy. Not an ethical or professional company, I gave my two weeks resignation, then my manager told HR that I was fired.
