Overall good company Alot of employees have work-life balance (excluding us) Friendly co-workers
Cons
Work-life balance non existent to the department- even on leave, we are required to answer inquiry even though not urgent, leaves are being monitored and they would always asked the reason even if it’s a vacation leave planned in advance, if you are sick, manager will think you go for an interview even if you are really sick. If month-end falls during weekend or holiday, you have to work (no pay!)
