They know the rationale of social media, but for social media only. Young culture indeed, you could enjoy a very causal atmosphere if you like chilling and playing UNO all the time. People are actually nice.

They never aim to produce something high quality. It's a digital marketing company but never for those who chases for advertising vibe. Very content farm indeed, and the talents all leave so only those who obey the boring rules will stay. Some leaders never communicate with each other or with teammates, they don't care how the teammates feel about the company. Accounts are boring, and don't expect can achieve creativity here. They trust money only. Ridiculous Hierarchy with 7 levels from junior to senior, crazy culture. No video production , search engine management or website development at all, don't expect you can have nice portfolio here, people will just think you are kind of social media retainer. Workflow not professional to insider. Turnover is high. Don't go in if you have other options, you will absolutely regret. Many teammates hate them when quit the jobs.
