Required to work till midnight (in order to get jobs done) most of the time without getting overtime payment. No work life balance, if you don’t mind to work 15-17 hours and sleep 5 hours a day, welcome to work for the company.

None that I can think of. Maybe plenty of opportunities to “enjoy” the volunteer work till midnight.

Cons

Low pay, especially for Chinese staff — pay is well below industry average, with clear disparities. Expect to work after hours even you are not on-call. No transparency — policies and decisions are vague or withheld. Even plants can’t survive in the office.
