Cons
- You will not know when they will fire you even if your performance was good , had seen it often and still continues - No proper management - No technical skilled person at higher level so every project is developed and delivered with know knowledge of it - Developers at higher position are just voodoo cu'm nodding doll neither less they have no tech knowledge - Never have deadline or time for developing a project - They will never start a project before the deadline and EOD the developer is put under pressures - When i say developer , yes every project has a single developer and no team effort - The official site seems good but all are just to cover the such underlying awesomeness (seriously) - A developer is judged based upon his ability to write comments in the code (job seekers this is a tips grab it :-P)
