Managers seem unfamiliar with professional standards or mentorship practices, functioning more as conduits of pressure than as leaders. Employees are frequently expected to work beyond office hours without consideration. Personal time off is heavily scrutinized, with employees being asked to justify their personal matters, often compared unfairly against work responsibilities.
