Shifts can be flexible, sometimes.
Cons
Management treatment to their employees is vile, would constantly lie to you. Do not expect any promotion or raise. Mamgment also play favour ate while treating you like you are in school. Not willing to give you your own cubicle and move you around. Working hard would just end up with more work for yourself. Bonus they pay when they feel like it. And much much more.
