An all around unprofessional work environment

The management seen within Cordental Group is beyond poor. I reached out to my "higher ups" on numerous occasions with questions or concerns and was regularly ignored. The quality of doctors brought in to work at some of the Cordental practices is alarmingly bad; I am a dental hygienist and would not allow anyone my family to seek treatment at a Cordental office. Patients regularly left the practice I was placed at due to the fact that we had 6 different doctors at our office within the course of 2 years. I felt severely undervalued at this company, which has not been my experience at other corporate dental offices. I would strongly deter other dental professionals from seeking employment with this company.
