Pros
The doctors are wonderful to work with. The patients have been coming to the offices for many many years. Staff gets along very well and it’s a healthy working environment.
Cons
Once CorDental took over one year ago, staff have seen significant pay cuts up to $4/hour along with decreased 401K match. If you stay clocked in for meetings it will dilute your production pay so you basically attend mandatory meetings for free. Use to be a great place to work at staff wise it still is but everybody has taken a hit to their value. Looking for a new job once COVID levels out.
