small size, good pay and lots of opportunity to take on tasks that larger firms won't have. Management respects ambition
Cons
large projects such as pipelines are too large for the company so you'll be doing more piecemeal tasks. Per the industry, it simply isn't a stable environment being in construction in Alberta.
