Business outlook
Pros
Weekends off. Decent benefits. Free coffee. Bbqs on long weekends. Nice Christmas Party and bonus. I have a 20 word minimum to write here but there really aren't that many pros.
Cons
Extremely cliquey. Mundane, understimulating work. No room for advancement unless you're a favourite of certain management, or one of the younger attractive girls and it's grossly obvious. Lacking stability. Some project managers aren't really management material.
