If you dont have a job its good to keep the cash flow on going

Cons

No system, No work ethics, no motivation for employees, big talks zero output, no management vision to set a ground for makings of a proper EPC, has completed a 3+ billion USD project but still fails to depict a set standard of works in any dept.

Make sure the policies are in place and working effectively and flexibility on jobs to be done makes employees feel good and perform well.

Cons

I feel this has nothing to do with the Company since the company is quite good. The rules of UAE makes the Job Security statics less.
