Working at CPF is an exercise in frustration and disillusionment.

Pros

Given that those in upper management often prefer to minimize their workload, you might find opportunities for unmonitored time or flexible work-from-home arrangements. End-of-year parties are enjoyable, the lengthy speeches are boring and almost pointless. A great show of all the work they didnt do and got maximum reward for.

Cons

From the moment you step through the doors, you're greeted not by a sense of camaraderie or shared purpose, but by the suffocating weight of bureaucracy and hierarchical oppression. The organization operates like a well-oiled machine designed to keep those at the bottom firmly in their place. Low-level staff are overworked, underpaid, and constantly overlooked for advancement opportunities. Instead of being recognized for their hard work and dedication, they're treated as expendable cogs in a soulless corporate machine. Meanwhile, the upper echelons of management, including GMD, GED, managers, heads of departments, group heads, and directors, revel in lavish perks and benefits. They enjoy exorbitant per diems, luxurious international trips, and extravagant local excursions—all at the expense of the rank-and-file employees who are struggling to make ends meet. Adding insult to injury, there's no hope for financial relief in sight. Despite the organization constantly churning out new products and initiatives, there's never any mention of salary increments for the hardworking staff who make it all possible. Instead, each new release seems to come with yet another deduction from already meager salaries, leaving employees feeling demoralized and undervalued. In essence, working at CPF is like being trapped in a never-ending cycle of exploitation and stagnation. It's a place where meritocracy is a myth, and upward mobility is reserved for those who already sit comfortably at the top. For anyone seeking fulfillment, fair compensation, and respect in the workplace, this is an organization to avoid at all costs.
