      Annual leave is generous and there are vast opportunities to do anything other than carry out regulatory activities

      Cons

      Breath-taking corruption and incompetence across the SLT with underqualified inspectors with no sector experience tasked with carrying out inspections that significantly impact the lives of staff and service users. No accountability from senior staff. Frequent change of exec team members and CEO.
