Too many to list but here are the highlights: Incompetent upper management unwilling to communicate effectively other than to force the entire company to cater to their unpractical and costly methods. Lack of ethical standards leading to fast lost of clients/accounts. Lack of employees accompanied with an over-saturation of directors/VP's/c-levels. Consistent shut downs of basic services and vendors due to lack of payment. More people leave than are fired.
