      Pros

      The company is building something new, it is bringing transparency to otherwise opaque real estate market. Work is really interesting and challenging. There is full flexibility to work as per ones comfort I.e. WFH is readily available. Compensation is also good.

      Cons

      Sometimes the deadlines are really demanding and employee have to extend himself.
