Pros
Great place to test your mental limits daily.
Cons
Cons: 1. Modern-day corporate labor camp – You're forced to complete 9.5 hours daily regardless of the actual workload. Even if you finish your tasks early, you're expected to sit and stare at the screen like a factory labourer. There are face recognition cameras for attendance 2. Toxic leadership with zero competence – The leads lack basic etiquette, empathy, and any technical skills. They behave more like school bullies than professionals. Constructive conversation doesn’t exist — only commands, sarcasm, and micromanagement. 3. No margin for error, even for newcomers – You’ll be shamed and escalated for tiny mistakes as if you've committed a crime. No room for learning or growth — only blame games and spotlighting. 4. Zero planning and total chaos – There is absolutely no task planning or resource allocation. You'll get last-minute requests and unrealistic deadlines, then be blamed when things go wrong. 5. Unreasonable and inhumane work hours – 9 AM to 9 PM is considered “normal.” There’s no concept of work-life balance here — your personal time means nothing to them. 6. Culture of fear and humiliation – Instead of fostering a supportive environment, management thrives on fear, pressure, and public humiliation. Employees are overworked, undervalued, and burnt out. 7. No respect for human dignity – Basic decency, appreciation, or even acknowledgment of your efforts? Forget it. You’re just a name in a spreadsheet to them.
