      It was a paycheck. That's it.

      Cons

      Poor compensation, false incentives (commission, profit-sharing), micromanagement, lack of focus or direction from leadership and looong hours at times with no appreciation of the effort.

      A Little Concerning

      Pros

      The company seemed to be moving in a great direction at one point and was fun. After merging with another company, the culture became a bit toxic.

      Cons

      The executive team seems to be all over the place and moving in multiple directions. Lot of wasted effort and $.

      Poor leadership and unethical owners

      Pros

      Work from home flexibility. Some of the staff are kind.

      Cons

      Your contract may not be honored, even if you get everything in writing. They will not pay you bonuses. They are unethical in business practices and treat employees as disposable. They are a lawsuit waiting to happen. I would not recommend working for this company.
