      Pros

      The company seemed to be moving in a great direction at one point and was fun. After merging with another company, the culture became a bit toxic.

      Cons

      The executive team seems to be all over the place and moving in multiple directions. Lot of wasted effort and $.

      CREtelligent has great company culture. Everyone is extremely welcoming and always willing to assist in whatever task is at hand.

      After two months, there hasn't been any cons... that's a good thing, right!?

      Pros

      The company offers competitive benefits when compared to other companies. It boasts an excellent work-life balance, supported by hybrid schedules and flexible working arrangements. The small office environment fosters a casual and friendly atmosphere, with knowledgeable and supportive coworkers always ready to help when needed.

      Cons

      The company offers lower pay and compensation compared to similar organizations. While the bonus structure is built into your salary, which is a nice touch, weekly pay and higher hourly rates would be preferred. Since the company’s merger a few years ago, the split offices and differing cultures suggest that the integration process isn’t fully complete. Opportunities for upward mobility are minimal, as the hierarchy feels firmly established. While the company does allow movement into other positions, significant career advancement appears limited.
