Pros
There aren't many, but one is that it's remote.
Cons
No culture and bad culture all in one. Ok benefits, not as good as they should be for the size company. Must log every minute for the week, which wasn't communicated prior to onboarding. Not open to new ideas, it's their way or the Long Island expressway. They tried to pack 3-4 roles into one to increase profitability. No room to advance and no fun at all.
